We setup an appointment with Champion to get an estimate on a sliding door that was in need of a serious update. Johnny N***** was right on time and greeted us with a very professional yet casual approach, not pushy at all and explained everything in detail from comparing standard or competitors glass using a light meter to show Champions 'Comfort 365 Windows. Dimitri was a joy to work with. He arrived on time, taking all proper precautions. He quickly went to work, listening to what we wanted and measuring the space. Then he showed us lots of pictures to illustrate the product and how the construction would go. He was able to answer all of our questions. Looking forwatd to getting out project started!

On time and professional. Open communication throughout entire process. Ryan D. came out to give a quote on windows. He was wonderful! His aim was to educate us as homeowners, not just to sell us windows. The pricing is very competitive with the fastest turnaround installation! Can't wait for our new windows!

Great experience, they showed how their windows are worth the buy, all other box store windows would have to be replaced in short order, they just cannot compare to Champion Windows.

Salesman was promt and courteous. He answered all of the questions we had. At the beginning of the meeting we explained to him that we were only shopping for prices and would make up our minds after we had went through everyone. He said it was fine and there was no hi pressure sales. We did end up choosing this company. A little more expensive then we were hoping. Now we hope everything else goes just as well.
