Champion Windows of Albuquerque provided terrible customer service. The first person I dealt with quit the job and left me hanging. They gave me a quote that was not realistic. Months later, they stated they couldn't do it anymore for the price I was given. Even though I received much lower quality windows, I still paid the price for good windows.
please see number 16. I hope that things will change and I could again recommend Champion
I waited almost a year to get my sunroom done, and now I still have problems with it.
They offer you things, and they do not keep up their side of the deal.
The job came out great. The staff (salesperson, installation Foreman and crew) were all very professional.
