Windows are great but your Customer Service is the worst I’ve ever had. At least answer the phone and return messages The only people in your entire company that have any common sense is your installation team and the gentleman that measured my windows
When I chose to install the windows, I thought it was going to make the air quality different. It hasn't changed, and it's colder than other windows.
Our sliding glass door took several months to arrive. Every time we called, we did not get a response from them. Now that it's in, we are unhappy with it, and they know about it, but no one has ever called us back.
I had multiple issue with ordering and the first and , second orders never went through. The third, and final, order had a significant price increase.
The communication problem is the main factor: phone calls and texts are not returned. Also problems with Planning and Zoning permits requiring my personal visit to the P & Z.
