It took 4 1/2 months to get my order - an order that was scheduled for 4 to 6 weeks. After 8 weeks I tried to find out what was going on. No one knew anything. Maybe it was lost. Maybe it was sent to the wrong place. It took days to get even that information. One member of the office staff was extremely impatient and rude to me. Not a good idea.
I feel they should reimburse me some money or taken the door out and got me one with the doggy door like I wanted in the first place.
I would never recommend them to anyone. I was so upset with the sales staff and office staff. I love the product but they are a terrible business to do business.
Everything went well and smooth up through the installation of the new windows and patio door, the cleanup and finish work was not completed
The windows themselves are beautiful. The company that installed them was terrible. I had a terrible time dealing with the company.
