I am satisfied with the windows but the reason that I gave it 1 star is because of the sales representative, Tonya Gonzales, she lied to me!
The silicone job on my bathroom window was messy inside and outside. The installer was a very sick man that day.

The rating is unfortunate as the installation crew were great. Unfortunately, my salesperson forgot about me and wouldn’t return my calls after I signed on the dotted line.
