I don't recommend Champion Windows.
We were extremely disappointed that the windows that we ordered could not be delivered. Why a company that manufactures their own windows could not or would not manufacture the small sliders that we ordered for the basement is very disturbing. The hopper window that we settled on, was a poor replacement for the slider style window and, in hindsight, we should have cancelled. Very dissatisfied with the workmanship, the employees and the final product. What should have taken two weeks, took almost four months. It is very over priced compared to the competitors. I did not receive premium product, at a premium price.
Problems every step of the way, except with the sales.
I would not recommend Champion Windows of Baltimore to a friend because I am not convinced that I am not going to have problems down the road with the sky lights I had installed. I am not convinced they won't cause more problems down the road.
I will not recommend them for anything.
No follow up like promised. Left nails and Roof material in driveway and on lawn.
