I would recommend the instillation crew but not the company.

I would not recommend Champion anymore because of the salesperson. I am not going to blame the whole company because of one bad apple.

The person that called to schedule my installation was dishonest with me, as matter of fact she "Lied" to me.During the process of scheduling the installation she attempted to schedule the me on another job before coming to my home, and I vehemently disagreed; she then said Ok that she would send them to my home at the beginning of the work day,.however that is just what she did. Champion Windows are high quality and expensive. So I was expecting high quality service and installation, and was disappointed.

I believe that Champion is supposedly build on professionalism. When the rubber meets the road, however, they fell short. Their subcontractors fell short and tried to fix their errors by painting and patching. I am very dissatisfied with their service and will never use them again.
