I think they have a good product, and they have a fairly good delivery process. However, in terms of customer service, I think they could be doing much better.

Our neighbor had a Champion porch, and as soon as we saw her porch we called Champion Windows of Boston. The experience and work were wonderful, the price was fair, and it has been a terrific addition to our house. We are now turning it into a year round sunroom. Because we were told of the option to be able to convert it in the future, we chose the option with the four inch opening so that we could convert it. We've always been happy with Champion. They have skilled workmanship. They did our front door years ago, and we have been happy ever since. I wouldn't go with anyone else. They are a first rate organization.

Champion Windows are a great product at a fair price. They meet Energy Star requirements with two panes rather than three, making a failure less likely. They also have an exceptional warrenty so you can buy with confidence. And I could not have asked for a better installation. The windows look great and perform very well.

The windows we received from Champion are of great quality. The salesman did a very good job, and he was very knowledgeable. The windows made a big difference to our home, and make our house less drafty.
