We were just pleased with the overall service and happy with the windows and probably next summer we'll look at getting more done. We were pleased with the good quality, and the price, I think it'll add value to the home.

The salesman knew a lot about their products. There were some minor misunderstandings, but those were quickly resolved. The window installers were excellent, but the siding installers left a lot to be desired.

This is the second time I've dealt with Champion. I wouldn't use any other. Their price wasn't the lowest, but their quality was the highest. The professionalism and overall workmanship was superb. I have recommended them to friends just because of that.

Champion is building a patio room for my home. It's a quality product, and I am very satisfied with the materials and the individual installers. The negative part, however, has been actually getting the room installed in a timely manner. It has taken far longer than the quoted amount of time to get the work finished.

From the salesperson, to the office staff, to the installation crew, they were all outstanding. They knew their product well and they were very helpful in the individual situations that I had here. If I was looking for windows again, I would go with Champion.

I highly recommend Champion Windows. I'm thrilled with the whole process, from the sales rep to the installation. We had to deal with the product being approved by the condo company, which it was. Greg worked with them to get them the information they required. He took care of everything. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

They sell a quality product at a fair price. Their salespeople coming in with their little demonstration was time-consuming and unnecessary but they were willing to give me the price I wanted.
