The office staff was not only timely but actually had them come out for installation a week earlier than expected. Mr.Luiz did the installation and he was extremely courteous. He was very professional and nice. He went above and beyond the call of the duty.

I noticed when I first moved in my home, that I really liked a particular window and how it worked. I noticed Champion Windows had their sticker on the hinges so the next time I needed Windows, I called Champion. They came right talked to me and installed the windows. I love the new window.

We had called Champion and asked them to give us a estimate. I was very impressed with the fact that the salesperson did not bring a window, he forced us to go to the showroom where we got to see how it hanged and how it worked. I think that was very good. That sold us on the window more than anything else. The people that we talked to at the showroom, Shawn and Tony, were very helpful with accessing the needs that we had. I called and got an estimate basically right away. We arranged the day as soon as we could, they came on that day, and completed the entire job and were very neat and organized and professional. I'm very happy with the way everything went.
