The overall experience was one of satisfaction and quality. I liked the quality of the install and the professionalism of the salesperson. Some improvement is needed in full disclosure per window pricing.

Greg and Mani were AWESOME to work with to get project going and resolve issues. I had issues with yard cleanliness and workers starting job on time and staying on job until it was finished. I brought both issues up to Greg and Mani and they did resolve these issues. House looks great now. In this one experiece with Chamion I would recommend them but only if Greg and Mani were on the job/involved.

My experience with Champion Windows was absolutely fabulous. They provide excellent service. They addressed and answered any question I had. They were really great and I absolutely love the windows. I would recommend Champion to anyone.

My wife and I contracted with Champion to replace the windows in our house, including a large by window, more than a dozen double hung windows, and several basement windows. We had investigated other suppliers and found Champion to best meet our requirements for quality and price. The contract process was smooth, and the installation took place on schedule. In short, our experience with Champion has been entirely satisfactory and we recommend them to other windows shoppers.

I definitely did my homework before selecting Champion and I read a lot of reviews. Based on that and the experience my friends had had with Champion I went ahead and had them come out to show me their materials. The salesperson was very helpful and patient, and nothing was rushed. He gave us a lot of information and laid out the pros and cons. He also provided advice on what to do and came up with suggestions about things we would need to do in the future, like getting a new roof, which we will most likely turn to Champion ... read more

Champion has a great product for a great price. The install team is amazing. The office staff is super. I love my windows, they have made a huge difference in my gas/electric bill. My salesman, Rick, went above and beyond for me. I am very pleased with Champion Windows of Boston.
