(1)Sean didn't notice that the outside old windows color was tan. He ordered white outside replacement windows. The guy doing the measurements noticed it. (2) Sean stated it would take 4 to 6 or 6 to 8 weeks to get the ordered windows back. It took 3 months. (3) The contractor installed the windows and didn't have the window screens. (4) I was appalled that the supervising manager asked us to sign a letter of completion so the contractor could get paid. I don't care about the contractor. The product is overpriced. Competitors prices are much better. I used them because my wife wanted to.

Champion as a company was great and very understandable. Champion Windows uses subcontractors to do the work. The contractor was unreliable and never kept their word. It was just terrible. I suggest that Champion gets better subcontractors.

The salesman needs to be more up to date on product line on what's available and what projects scorpe. Got conversal statements from salesmen and work manager. Work manager stated to start work first of February and didn't start until march. Just too many false statements.
