Very poor workmanship. On Monday it will be the fourth time they have come out for the same problem, and they still haven't corrected the problem.
The workman and workmanship were excellent. The sales aspect was very confusing. We are still dealing with problems regarding that.
The communication was horrible and the scheduling was a nightmare.
My doors are $20,000. I paid for two doors. My front door does not fit right. They rub. The paint's coming off from the inside where they rub. They don't fit right. I've had them out here to fix them. My screen door doesn't fit. There's a gap. There's a small gap above my inside door too. I can see the outside where you close it. You shouldn't be able to do that. I would never recommend them. These doors cost me $20,000. They gave me a $100 gift card because they screwed up so badly.
I am not likely to recommend because the process felt like it was too hurried, they failed to inspect with the time that they promised in. it wasn't the best planning and execution
The customer service and the follow-through is almost non-existence.
Buyer beware! They should not take 5 months to finish the project.
