Champion window is the crew and they are responsible for who they send out to do the work. The door was done correctly. I can't distinguish between the two.
While the materials in our sunroom (windows, doors) are excellent, it was not correct the first time and we had them out several times to make it right. Damage was done to our existing door framing and had to be replaced. It is still not as it was and we elected not to have them back yet again.
Except for the fact the I received the incorrect product from Champion Windows, the quality and workmanship are good. The sales representative was satisfactory. I will be able to say more positive things once the problem is addressed.
