Installer was not careful to protect/respect living space. Installation Manager failed to get back to me regarding a product/installation question as promised (it has been over 1 month).

I have only had the windows for a short period of time; however, they appear to be of high quality.

My front storm door was not installed properly and I have not been able to get a resolution. In fact it has taken numerous calls to get through to someone to solve the problem.
They need to be a little more hands-on with their subcontractors. They hired a third party company to do the concrete. That messed everything up.
