I ordered a front window with a 50% opening and received a window with 30% opening. When complained they said they would get back to me. Have not heard from them. They want to hold the contract, but they had no literature or samples of what I was buying, I mistakenly put faith in the salesman to order exactly what we discussed. The salesman is an agent of the company and is responsible for the error.
This place really sucks
I will never have anything more to do with them.
