I would highly recommend them. They were very knowledgeable about the product. It's a fair product, the price was great, and the quality of the merchandise was tremendous. Dealing with their sales staff and the installation crew was a pleasant experience.
They were so friendly and willing to explain everything. They demonstrated how many layers were in each window and told me how the glass was made. All the workers were super-duper. They didn't bother anything and they didn't leave the yard dirty at all. They were so courteous. I cannot say enough good about them.
I would recommend Champion Windows to anyone that wants good quality products that will last a lifetime and with a company that has a good reputation.

We were very impressed with the installation process itself. So far we have had no bad experiences with the windows since they were been put in. The installation itself was very quick.
From the HomeShow in Chattanooga 2011 to the completion of the siding project, people involved were polite, knowlegeable and very good at what they did. Most work went smoothly and besides a few minor happenings, very pleased with the entire experience.
Champion did exactly what they were supposed to do in a timely manner. I was most satisfied with how quickly they came out here and put up the new guttering. When the tree fell on our house due to the small tornado, I was very pleased with everybody. Champion came out here right after the tree was removed, and the new guttering was up within a week or so. If they hadn't have done that, there could have been some damage. They were very efficient.
