I was very impressed with the man who was in charge of the installation. He was very friendly, nice, and did a good job of installing. He knew exactly what he was doing.
I appreciate the professionalism of Champion's personnel. After I made my initial decision, I ended up changing my mind, and they were so gracious about changing my order. I just appreciate their professionalism, and also how down to Earth they were. They were professional, but also like old friends - especially Pete.
We were very impressed with the installation process itself. So far we have had no bad experiences with the windows since they were been put in. The installation itself was very quick.
From the HomeShow in Chattanooga 2011 to the completion of the siding project, people involved were polite, knowlegeable and very good at what they did. Most work went smoothly and besides a few minor happenings, very pleased with the entire experience.
Champion did exactly what they were supposed to do in a timely manner. I was most satisfied with how quickly they came out here and put up the new guttering. When the tree fell on our house due to the small tornado, I was very pleased with everybody. Champion came out here right after the tree was removed, and the new guttering was up within a week or so. If they hadn't have done that, there could have been some damage. They were very efficient.
The communication during this whole process was abysmal. The installation scheduling were last minute requests on both occasions. Cost was only clearly communicated one time, which was at the estimate and payment expectations were not explained. My biggest issue was I was under the impression, based on what I was told by the completion team, that I had payed my final payment only to the receive more outreach for an additional $90. I’m a huge stickler for keeping promises/appointments. Those were broken multiple times thru the process. I feel like I should receive some kind of refund for the money lost on the multiple days my husband or I stayed home to greet the team.
Recommend that the paperwork move to soft copy. The hardcopy paperwork we received was hard to read due to the salesman's writing as well as him needing to write harder, so our copy was clearer. The online payment method was no user friendly as it doesn't give an amount; it should not only show the payment due but prior payments as well as the balance of future payments.
