Salesman came out did his quote and told my wife and I it would take 2-3 months. Then after not 1 but 2 guys came to measure they said it would be 6 months. So I called several times in the 6 months and customer service told me someone would call me shortly. Finally got someone to call me back and schedule a install. The day of the people show up and the bay window was made wrong. Two people came out to measure and was still wrong. So I waited a couple days for someone to call but no one ever did. Took 1 year to get our door sets. Was told to expect 20 weeks. I made multiple calls and kept getting the runaround with comments that the doors should be ready in 2 more weeks. NO one bothered to call and keep me updated. And when the doors were finally delivered 1 yr after we signed the quote, there was NO financial discount as an apology for the runaround I got. I was told they couldn’t even take 10% off because corporate would not allow it. So NO I would not recommend

It took a year for me to get my windows , windows were measured wrong and ordered wrong and I have had to waste my time over and over messing with this , and the ones that were installed first were left with no trim for along time , one window was installed and was to small , casing day light to shine threw around bottom of window , so piled up a ton of spray foam to seal , which did not work , made my power bill go up , there should of been a discount on this contract but no , worst service I’ve ever had , sorry for this re... read more
