Champion replaced all the windows in our Bay Village home and we intended to have them do the same in our Rocky River condo. However, two of the windows in Bay have broken seals and Champion has failed to respond in replacing these under the warranty.
There is a scratch in our floor, it looks like it's from a sharp object. I don't know if they were supposed to clean the window after they were in, but I had to have the windows cleaned myself.
The workmanship and responsiveness of Chamois terrible. The salesperson preached to me about the quality Champion Windows products and it was not produced. It has been over a month and the door is still not fixed. I am a fair guy and I pay people for their quality work that they do and this has been a very bad experience with Champion Windows. I would never recommend Champion Windows to anyone.
I was very disappointed in this project, yes, Jeff came to the first officall call, but after that we could never get a hold of him, he seemed disinterested in the problemes we were having. Your company brought the wrong window to install and installed it anyway, which left us waiting another 12 weeks for the correct window, when it was your company's fault that they ordered the wrong window. The customer service I received on this job has been the worst that I have ever had. I actually had to call to tell them that their installer never finished the job. The customer had to call... This was after they called me at work and asked for more money. Over a month later and the job is stil...
They are eager to sell the product but the customer service is not eager to stand by the work of their company employees.
