job for my home was ordered in august. installation was done in mid November on the coldest day of the fall. in my opinion the project materials were harder to work with and can tell the way siding and trim was attached, cut and installed. was not as precise and pristine. the aluminum trim and way it was attached does not look professional. crew left debris strewn throughout the yard found nails in the driveway. the instructions and what salesman Jake and I talked about in August 2019 were not followed leading to the project... read more
They are good quality windows but in the end, with the issue, I had with scheduling, then I would have trouble recommending them.
Jake was rude and disrespectful after our contract was already in process. Poor communicationLacked Timeliness of resolving issuesWe called several times to mgmt and no return calls for weeks. It took over a month to resolve issue.
From the sale, to the wrong ordering, to my 3-part installation, to the CEO, to customer service follow-up, to to billing error. This has been a real disappointment as I am a repeat customer.
The first crew showed up to install a new sliding glass door. Not only did they install it improperly, but then denied that it was their problem. Someone else came by the view the issues and immediately agreed that it was not done properly. We had to wait weeks and miss work to have them come back to reinstall the door.
I would rate this a zero at the moment. My concerns need to be addressed. It is disappointing that nobody has contacted me regarding the email that I sent. I feel that it should have been responded to immediately.
Installation took longer than expected. I had to call twice for an update.
