A patio door ordered had to be installed 3 times. Incorrect door was made and installed with missing parts the first time. Incorrect grid color installed the second time. The third installation is coming up in a week. Hopefully it will be correct the 3rd time. No compensation was offered for inconvenience and time taken to be home for all installations.The installer for the door with the incorrect grid was helpful.
