It is important that you do not go to Champion Window. While a quality product, there services are terrible and highly unprofessional. Our job was supposed to take one day and actually wound up being done in nearly three weeks which threw off all other construction. Promises were made and not delivered and on top of everything the wrong window was installed and they did nothing to rectify the situation. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else!!!!

I'd like them to come in and do me a good job with the financing. I need good windows installed and I want to renegotiate the contract They need to shape up their game before I go public with anything.

Windows and doors were ordered in April. I was told 4 - 6 weeks, I am still waiting for completion and it is now mid July. The product seems to be of high quality.

Seller was knowledgeable of product & matched new widows with existing ones. Only problem was with the patio door is not sealed properly, when you push on it where the doors connect it reduces outside noise. When someone came to they said nothing was wrong.

I've had two jobs completed by Champion. Both were installation of windows. One job was in 2011 and one was earlier this year. The reason I hired them the second time was because of their great performance, product and service. However I was greatly disappointed this year. In comparing the two experiences, Champion clearly went from A+ performance and customer service in 2011 to a D- performance in 2013. A patio door ordered had to be installed 3 times. Incorrect door was made and installed with missing parts the first time. Incorrect grid color installed the second time. The third installation is coming up in a week. Hopefully it will be correct the 3rd time. No compensation was offered for inconvenience and time taken to be home for all installations.The installer for the door with the incorrect grid was helpful. Champion Windows of Cleveland changed the layout design without notifying me. They went ahead with the installation and gave me something I did not want.
