I would not recommend Champion Windows to a friend because the construction workers do not communicate with the customer in a professiona manner. Day 1: They left the worksite in the middle of the day without explaining to the customer the reason for the departure. I had to call the project manager and he in turn had to contact the crew to ask what happen. Day 2: The crew put up the frame and the glass windows but left the top portion of the sunroom open. Champion has the worst communication I have ever seen. Their phone system makes absolutely no sense, When you dial the number given to you by an installer, his personal number, their system still sends your call to an office in Cincinnati, where the CEO has a prerecorded message. You then have to leave a message because you cannot ever get to an actual person, unless you are willing to be on hold. I was on hold several times for up to 25 minutes.
