Champion has the worst communication I have ever seen. Their phone system makes absolutely no sense, When you dial the number given to you by an installer, his personal number, their system still sends your call to an office in Cincinnati, where the CEO has a prerecorded message. You then have to leave a message because you cannot ever get to an actual person, unless you are willing to be on hold. I was on hold several times for up to 25 minutes.
