I’m not sure if I will refer your company. I don’t like it when I’m lead to believe my needs can be met only to find out after commitment that your company was unable to meet my needs
I needed a screen door for my porch. I wanted one with a grate or bars for my pet, but was told that you didn’t have anything like that, so I settled for a plain door and the construction manager told me that I could get a grate at Home Depot or Lowe’s and he would put it on for me. The door was installed. I never got the grate. Repeated contact produced no help. I’m a senior citizen and I feel like I have been taken advantage of.
