I think they were all wonderfully professional. I can't say enough about how good they were.
The initial quote for the porch was very high and we worked out a good deal, but we did not appreciate that the price had to be negotiated and the best price was not the first price. The whole sales process was painful. Dennis was the best part of the whole Champion process. If everyone of your team treated us and assisted us like Dennis, then we would be giving you 5 stars for everything. Overall we are very happy with our porch and we are enjoying it immensely.
