Champion window and/or it's customer service reps will purposely sell/ order the wrong size window. Just to make a sale. Knowing that when you have huge holes in the house, you will agree to anything.
Do NOT use Champion for your windows and sunrooms. Their terrible service and sloppy installation will leave you with a ruined subfloor and flooring. Along with time wasted and a headache. We have been trying to work with Champion since June, it's now August, on why and how the sunroom floor will be repaired. When Champion originally built the sunroom in 2017, they did not apply the proper amount of sealant and possibly the right type of sealant around the exterior of the sunroom. I had tried to get in for two weeks to get a hold of someone to do me better and their voicemail is full, so I can't leave a message. Therefore, I am not going to put my drapes and blinds down and put them back up again. I think they should have come out the following week. Not a month.
They did not communicate with the customer, and there were issues with the installation and the product. There were no attempts to make the situation right.
