Windows would have been great but they installed a scratched up window frame and placed a holey screen in my window. Told the installer right away. Also contacted the company and sent pictures. Was told it would be fixed. Over a year later, still not fixed! Over 8000.00 in cash... would expect be...
Champion Windows of Dayton is not very dependable. They do not do what they say they are going to do. They say the windows are guaranteed, but when you complain about them, nothing gets done.
sent a letter with complaints after installation and still haven't heard back
I received terrible service and terrible quality.
One window shows moisture 3 days after install.
If you want windows in a timely manner, don't order from Champion. If you are okay with waiting 9 months with no explanation, then go ahead. The windows are nice, but I really wanted them quicker and had they told me how long the wait truly was going to be, I would have looked elsewhere.
Professionalism, cleanliness was poor. There was dust, tools and trash left at our home
