This has been an awful experience. We have called several times about the holes, missing caulking, and general ugliness left behind from the installation of our bay window. We are still missing screens for the windows. We ordered 3 doors ($14,000)in October 2021 and have never heard back if/when they would be installed. We are concerned if they are ever installed that they will be installed correctly based on the window. Customer service was horrible. Could never get a hold of anyone and they didn't show when they were scheduled and didn't call.
