I am not likely to recommend Champion Windows of Dayton due to the terrible initiation process I endured. It took a long time before my windows were installed. However, the installers did a great job.
Job was done well except for the glass shelf being cut wrong, which has still not been installed even though they said it would be put in priority. But you sure for you money.p
I am extremely disappointed in the quality of these "Comfort 365" windows. There are open air gaps on the corners, sashes do not stay in place, and uneven when closed. I still have a picture window with open drill holes. The installers left debris around the yard and failed to caulk the main window in my dining room. I am embarrassed and ashamed I spent $$$ on what I thought would be a high class production.
Never. Work crew was great. Finished sun room is great. Customer interaction/interface was nearly nonexistent. This project ended up taking about 7 months and I had to initiate all contact with the office during that time period.
