I would not recommend due to having numerous issues prior to the installation of the windows.
I would like for the public to know that they absolutely do not know what they are doing when it comes to siding. There Customer Service is horrible. They use sub-contractors; they hired mine just a week before doing the job. I signed in September and they started the job 2 days before Thanksgiving. I had called the middle of October because I had not heard anything about a start date and I wished to cancel. They had not ordered my siding yet but I was told if I cancelled I would have to pay a 30% fee. This has been an absol... read more
I can't recommend them because of the problems I had.
I was disappointed with the work and it is still not completed. There is a piece of siding that fell off and they are supposed to put back on a loose cable wire in front of the house. There are also two windows that still need to be wrapped.
The salesman oversold expectations.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to them. They told me they will get someone to call me about the moisture problem and they never did. I still don't know anything about my windows.
They were at least a month late on the completion of our project. When calling the office to try to reach someone to complain to our complaints were always routed back to the same guy when we were trying to get someone higher up the chain to complain to. The concrete workers used completely tore up our back lawn, and to resolve that we were given a bag of grass seed. As part of the demolition they sent an older man and a pregnant woman.
