We're happy with the sunroom, but that's about it. The room was built adjacent to our garage back wall. The foundation builders sprayed cement all over the wall. When they tried to remove it they removed some of the paint from the siding. They did return and paint the wall so it does look a bit better. They also got cement on our back door glass window. 1) Champion refused to honor their own price matching. 2) Window installer measured the windows incorrectly. We questioned the smaller sized window before it was taken out of the trailer. Installer ensured us that it was the correct size and used caulk to fill the 2.5" gap all around the windows when installing. Additionally, the window was installed crooked. We had to spend additional money for another window company to remove and replace inappropriate sized windows.

Install was scheduled for over a month. The day of, no one showed up. Champion had not delivered the siding to our location so install could start. I wouldn't not recommend Champion Windows of Dayton. I had two appointments that they never showed up for. When the sales rep came to have me sign the contract he would not wear a mask. It took four months for them to come. I did not feel like they acted safely with the covid situation. I took time off work for appointments that they did not show up for. I've been trying to reach them and they will not return my calls. They had no concern for my personal time or safety.

The price was super high compared to the quality that they claimed that they have. I had a bay window replaced and it was supposed to be similar to the last one I had, but it was significantly different and much smaller from the previous one. After they finished, there were wasps, debris, and cold air after they finished my windows. They claimed to be able to save me money on energy, but my energy bill went up from the dirt, debris, wind, and insects coming in my house. It took them a lot longer than what they promised me.
