Customer service was very poor.
Communication was horrible. The salesman gave incorrect information concerning a door we ordered and ultimately canceled because we couldn'tget what we ordered. Then the shutters were installed while we were on vacation. One set was not installed due to them being the wrong color. That was not communicated to us. The only way we knew not all of the shutters were installed is because a family member sent us a photo. The company provided terrible customer service and lacked professionalism.
Poor workmanship, caulk not applied evenly, during extraction of old windows the techs dented all the aluminum on the inside of the house, widows are hard to lock as are sliding glass doors
It took almost a year to complete the installation. The contractors urinated in my yard , left cigarette butts and cut an electric wire in my wall. These are only a few examples of the issues we experienced.
Our window installation was beyond terrible and your “manager” that called me said they would be fixed. 3 months later they still aren’t.
Terrible experience after the initial pricing.
