I have spoke with several people who have had Champion Windows. Our installation was completed correctly everyone stated the windows collect condensation.
Horrible customer service . . .some of the worst we've encountered.
I'm not too happy with the service provided. I feel like the company themselves could have contacted me to see if we were happy with the installation and they haven't. Even the sales person didn't follow up, once we signed the contract he was one and done.
The people that came to the house were friendly and nice. I understand it is not their fault. With the overall experience, I would not recommend Champion to anybody.
The office staff is not very good. The salesman and technician were excellent.
