We are having a big problem with C O N D E N S A T I O N on some of the windows. During the demo, this was not discussed as a possible problem. During the last stint of warm weather, no problem. But, now that cold weather has set in, we are having to towel off the window sills to get rid of the water. To my limited knowledge of windows, I do know that when cold from the outside meets warm on the inside, condensation will form. Installation of our sliding door process was awful! Crew were very unprofessional, dirty and rude. Dropped tools numerous times on our hardwood floors. Tools were not accidently dropped, just thrown down on the ground. Numerous smoke breaks, rude remarks to my husband and cuss words. Late to window given with no phone call letting us know they would be late then installation took longer than estimated. A whole day commitment that we weren't anticipating for one door. The quality of windows is great but the customer service is not very good. I can get better customer service at the grocery store where I spend less money.

The windows they installed are up to the standard I expected, BUT now I have an apparent "C" shaped mark on my wooden floors that looks like something ate through the stain and your company believes it is not your fault... he said she said I believe???
