We had all of our windows replaced a year and a half ago by Champion, and loved working with them, which is why we had them do this project. However, after this project, we probably would not recommend them. The work as promised was not done on time. There was miscommunication with Rick, and when the installer came, there were different things wrong. If I wasn't home the room would not have been done right. The door and roof were wrong.
Champion Windows of Dayton provides excellent workmanship, but the process was extremely slow. They provided very poor communication that directly affected the timeliness of completion.
