Project delayed excessively due to materials not being available.....30 to 45 days overdue. Quality of work was ok.....first job for the installer...nice kid but nobody came out to the home to see how he was doing.....worked alone. Some problems with molding on doors....repair tech came out and fixed one and I did the other myself because I did not want to wait for someone to show up.

The team of installers replaced all my windows in one day. The windows are very energy efficient and look great on the inside. What I don't like is the outside trim around the windows. It looks cheap and in my opinion degrades the value of the windows and the work. I voiced my opinion to Champion. I do like the windows. I no longer have moisture and ice build up, no drafts around my windows. My wife says the house feels warmer, but I can't say I saw a big change in my heating bill. Not sure why that would be. Well actually they did a door for me five years before so I knew when it was time to get window I was going with them.

We were very satisfied with the service, they were here, they took care of everything and it was just A windows supposed to a lot and we had very good service and they showed up when they said their going to, we could not be happier. We shopped around and that to us was the best value.
