I am really happy with the windows. We had one issue but they sent someone out and they resolved it. The cost was less then I paid for 2 bay windows. I had a really good salesmen and was impressed with the presentation and it was accurate. I liked that they were local, a lot of good things. I really like that they are local, I can talk to someone not automated and they do not go through a third party. You buy just from them. Quality is just as good as anyone, excellent. I got a good buy for the money I spent.
It went pretty good. The quality and the look of what they did was really good. We have had a little bit of an issue, one thing wasn't done and we are still trying to get it done. We are just not hearing back from them. I was actually going to call them today to see if they could please do this one little thing. Maybe some of the communication between the people who actually do the work and the person that comes out to like draw it out and orders the pieces and the people that put them on, I think that communication was off ... read more
