I am happy to say yes I would recommend Champion to anyone that needs quality work done. They provide good quality along with nice public relations, overall they are wonderful to work with.
They were very helpful. They worked with us on what we needed. The installation went very well and they cleaned everything up well but it took longer to get the product in than I expected.
They were very good. I don't think they fell short of my expectations, but they need to come back about some screens. I liked their timeliness, however.
Our salesman was professional and our installation crew was fast and confident. They kept the house picked up and clean. The windows have already saved us money in heat, for sure.
One window was measured wrong and the door was not built storm door ready so install could not be completed. The installers were fantastic! I waited on hold for 20 minutes after receiving an email to call. No one has reached back out to me.
Made an appointment to get a quote. Very quick response! Sell’s pitch was a bit more than I expected, but through. Price was reasonable. Time frame given changed quickly for the better and pulled in by about 6 weeks for the original estimate. Payment request came before the email at most given stages. Messed up the order. Sales person was not honest took ages to install and fly screen still needs fixing. Tuesday apparently
I am disappointed with the amount of heat the windows let in. The sales was a gimmick.
Sliding glass door and screen door don't fully open due to door and screen handles hit door frame causing both to not fully open. This is a poor design in my opinion and I wouldn't have had champion do this install if I knew about this issue!
