I will never use this company again and wouldn't put my friends through such an ordeal
The doors are great, but the customer service prior to install was all but non - existent. I ordered the doors on August 8 and was told by salesman it would take 10 to 12 weeks. Then on September 26, A guy comes out to do the final measure. The doors didn't actually get ordered from the factory until October 2, 8 weeks after I ordered them. I called in early November thinking that it had already been 12 weeks since I ordered the doors. I spoke with someone and she told me she would have the installation manager call me. Lack of follow through and communications for a major issue caused during project.
Took forever to get my door and then even longer to have them finish the plaster.
