Nothing but issues and excuses
My order not placed until 6 weeks after I signed contract on Feb 29, 2024. 6 months after, still no windows installed after giving me several dates to installl that never transpired. 8 1/2 months later last of 2 installments completed...however without the tempered window glass as contract indicated...
The builders are understaffed. The finish material is filthy and multiple parts were damaged (dented ceiling panels, scratched windows) I can't get this sunroom completed. The permit had issues such as including ana electrician who wasn't part of the project.
To many things you don't know until the windows are installed. We were told that they would be installed in 4 to 6 weeks. That seemed long, but it took 4 months and they kept baggering us for payments all the time. Now that they are in we find that the sliding door will not open as far as our old one because of a handle they say can not be replaced. (only one type of handle?) ddI just hope we don't find other problems down the road
Eventually we got the door I ordered, but it took 3 separate installations and over a year.
