Champion was very professional. The salesman was very good at doing their job. They sold us windows that do exactly what they are promised to do. Our new windows work are easier to open which makes a big difference to the inside and the outside of the house. Overall, I'm very pleased.

I was happy, as always, with the quality of the materials and installation. However, on this occasion, the work crew did not live up to my expectations of Champion. There was no communication from the crew leader during construction and unsafe debris was left at the work site. Mitigation included an apology, which did not strike me as particularly sincere.
