While not satisfied with the job upon completion according to Champion, I do want to say that the management and office staff did right all wrongs in a timely manner.

The salesperson was very passionate about the product when he came out. He sold me on the product and helped us make the right decisions to fit the product to our needs. He was able to show me why it was worth the extra expense, and I think I got a fair price for what was done based on the quality of the workmanship and product. They came out on time, and the work was done exactly as agreed upon.

Champion was professional in every aspect of our windows. They were fantastic, competitively priced, extremely timely and we haven't had any issues since. They also offered the best warranty from anyone out here.

Overall, Champion Widows is a great company and they have great products. However, the customer needs to make sure that Champion finishes their job when they are supposed to. They also have to make sure that they get a walkthrough after the job, or they will find mistakes.

The onsite staff was really in tune to what I wanted and made suggestions that made the final product perfect for my use. The quality of the windows and the new living space provided is perfect. I get a lot of compliments on the quality, usefulness, and appearance. Patti Y.
