Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous and helpful. We were kept informed of schedules, when deliveries would be made, who would be on site (electrician, inspector, etc.). Seeing each step of the process we could see the quality of all materials and construction. T here were NO shortcuts or cutting corners. My experience with Champion windows was very positive. Each person involved in the process was courteous and professional: from Eddie D'Angelo - factory representative to Jason - site manager to Jason and his assistant -installers. I would highly recommend these Champion Windows.

I just want to say that Champion performed in a professional manner, that I would expect a well-known company to perform in. What really sold us on the windows was the showroom, and how they displayed that the windows could fold out for easy cleaning, which was a plus. There also demonstrated that it had a tint that would let sunlight in, but remain cool to the touch. The installers said it would take two days, and it did. I had Champion Windows installed on my home in September 2013. They only took one day to install and I am very satisfied with them. The installation crew was composed of very courteous hard workers. They answered all my questions and made certain I was satisfied. Everyone that came to my home was very good to me and I am very pleased with my windows and would recommended Champion Windows to anybody.

The work that Champion Windows did was better than expected. They did the work faster than predicted, and they came sooner. They were supposed to start in November, but they came in October instead. It was great!

Champion Windows of Greensboro was very professional. They did a marvelous job, cleaned up after themselves, and I have no problem recommending them to anyone. I was very pleased.
