I would say Champion Windows of Greensboro's products are very explicit inside and outside. Their products are installed with quality workmanship and inspected by one of the best inspectors you could ever find. Their customer service was outstanding and continues to be outstanding. I am also already seeing a difference in my energy bill.

They were awesome in every way. The salesperson was so nice and not pushy at all. They explained everything thoroughly and were very helpful. For my future projects, I will definitely call upon Champion Windows again.

Champion Windows of Greensboro was very nice about fitting into my strange work schedule. The guys that came out were very nice. It was amazing how fast they got the old roof off and seeing all the steps that they took to ensure that the roof would not have a problem with water leakage. The doors that have the shade inside the glass are very sturdy. We had a window that was broken and they were able to fix it even though it was not their product. Champion Windows was exceptional. I feel I got a good value for my money. I was most impressed with the way the crew installed. They went straight to work, took no breaks and got the job done correctly the first time.

While not satisfied with the job upon completion according to Champion, I do want to say that the management and office staff did right all wrongs in a timely manner.

The salesperson was very passionate about the product when he came out. He sold me on the product and helped us make the right decisions to fit the product to our needs. He was able to show me why it was worth the extra expense, and I think I got a fair price for what was done based on the quality of the workmanship and product. They came out on time, and the work was done exactly as agreed upon.
