For the price paid, the consumer shouldn't have to oversee and supervise the installation that should be done professionally from the start
I think the manager needs to be looked at and talked to. I think they need to explain some of the things that are going to happen - not after the fact. I went with Champion because I thought we were at a day in age where we can talk about the things I wanted to do. They just weren't done. The manager just said it's not in the contract that way or it might have partially been in, but because it wasn't spelled out, they were going to do it this way. Would not recommend dealing with any of the folks I had to work with.
I am satisfied with the windows and their work. However, they smoked and left a cigarette burn on my furniture outside.
Very dissatisfied with the product when delivered. I notified them and they don't want to do anything about it.
Our experience with Champion Windows of Greensboro was extremely disappointing to say the least. The initial visit was great, but once the salesmen walked out of the door with a signed contract, it became very obvious Champion could care less about our satisfaction with the building of our $30,000 sunroom. We received a demonstration with the initial visit showing us the "superior quality of the Champion glass" in comparison to others sold by other competitors. During installation they damaged my air conditioning unit and will not take responsibility for their actions. I can not get them to return emails and pay for the damages.
Please read your contract before signing with Champion Windows, they will not refund your deposit money.
