The worst experience with a company I've ever had, by a mile. Tried to screw me out of money, have dodged me and avoided fixing their mistake. Poor installation and workmanship. Just an overall horrible experience that still hasn't been resolved
Super poor response quality after you confirm the order. Never returned my calls / responded to my texts in time. I had to fight to get my money back as their representative did not follow the internal process of creating a change order.
Make sure the salesperson understands your needs and make sure you get it in writing. If you don't, you will be stuck paying for items you will never receive.
Great quality windows, but very expensive and once you sign you are put on the back burner
One of the windows was missing a bolt...was told they would be back to fix it. We haven’t heard word one from Champion about this issue.
