First, the communication between sales and service and customer is lacking. I ordered my door back in September and it did not get put in until the end of November. I get Covid but two months, I waited for it to be put in. I contacted my salesperson to help push it along and move the process through. I could not get him on the phone if I had him in front of me. There was bad customer service, communication, and delivery. Not a chance that I would recommend them.

The company is VERY difficult to get in touch with after you have your products installed!! Very POOR customer service

Extremely awesome product that I am very happy with; paired with the worst customer service experience I've had in a long while. Communication is non-existent and you'll feel like you're calling incessantly just to figure out what's going on and where you're at in the process. Contractors show up unannounced and don't hesitate to move and break furniture. They'll also sub out to contractors outside your area who don't know code resulting in multiple trips and multiple visits from the code inspector which turns a supposedly 1... read more

On the contract, there are a couple boxes, one for window color and 1 for trim color. we had asked originally to match the existing paint color. It wasn't clear when we discussed, I thought it was all going to be country beige. The fact its in two different places on the form, leads to miscommunication. The installation crew had to show me where that box was. It dd work out, but it could have been avoided.
