Don't use them and don't expect a callback. This has been a joke.
Install went ok, but didn't clean well. Problems with doors have not been resolved (2 months now).
The room is beautiful, but the communication has not been great and although it's been done for a couple of weeks, I am still waiting for the final inspection due to electrical not passing. No urgency on anyone's part to get completed which has been frustrating. Nobody calls me, I have to call and ask what is going on.
I think it very important for someone to realize the time from signing the contract and the time they install can be very long. I was very pleased with the windows but us not knowing that information caused us a lot of angst. Champion Windows needs to fix that so people don't go through the same confusion as we did.
