The installation crew was very disrespectful to me in my home. They used the restroom in the master bathroom without permission and then did not flush. When confronted there were jokes made about it in front of me. The division manager was then told about the situation and offered an apology and has since then not returned any of my phone calls. Overall the entire experience was very unprofessional.
