Totally dissatisfied with quality work of the workmanship inside my home ,the bow window is beautiful and functions as represented but the state left in my home leaves much to be desired

Prepare for the long haul - it took 30 days to complete my 3 day window installation. This was after I called and initiated the project to even start. The crew bragged about being the sunroom guys who are just "doing windows" because they have no sunrooms to build. 2 months later I'm still picking up pieces of insulation, trim, and caulk tube caps out of my grass and landscaping.

Ordered one patio door. Took over 3 months for install. Install crew didn't know how to assemble lock and had problems aligning it, leaving extra holes in the door frame. Quality of door seems no better than a $400 contractor grade patio door at home centers, very thin and can push center frame in and out easily. The outside frame is only painted, not what we were told, and seems if a leaf blows against it, it will scratch. Office staff never returned phone calls inquiring about order/install. Champion has been around for a long time and they do good work but maybe because of the demand, they weren't able to give me the gable style enclosure like we wanted. I feel that they should have a project manager on each project to go over each stage with us.
